LIVE-METAR MAP KIT – SETUP GUIDE
This kit provides real-time METAR map capabilities using a microcontroller and 5V
addressable LEDs.

Web Configuration Mode
1 Plug hub into wall power
2 Unplug within 3 seconds
3 Plug back in within 3 seconds to enter setup mode (LEDs turn RED)
4 Connect to Wi-Fi network: DIY_METAR_SETUP
5 Open browser to: 192.168.4.1
Entering Airports
Enter ICAO airport identifiers comma-separated (e.g., KMSP,KDLH,KRWF).
Webpage Options
1 Lightning override – YES/NO (WHITE)
2 Icing override – YES/NO (CYAN)
3 High Wind Flashing – YES/NO with threshold 0–70 kph
4 Brightness control 0–255
Light Token

L2 – BLUE
L3 – CYAN
L4 – GREEN
L5 – RED
L6 – PURPLE
L7 – YELLOW
L8 – ORANGE
L9 – WHITE

*Background colors can be set to preferred airport!
